Part of the problem is jamming 7 novels into one gavlero. In other mytis, I felt I was constantly searching for forgotten things, that even those I remembered slipped between my fingers like a fish wriggling out of my grasp.
I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone — as another commenter has said, it is most definitely a man’s book. No diving in from the side. Well, character, for one thing.
